Executive Profile
Colin Paroz is a senior commercial executive with more than 35 years of experience across Australia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Iraq and New Zealand. He also serves as Commercial and Business Manager, Asia Pacific for Silverwing Investment Ltd.
At Quantum Power Asia, Colin supports the development and commercial advancement of complex clean energy and infrastructure opportunities. His responsibilities include strategic partnerships, customer engagement, commercial negotiations, supply chain strategy, market development and the coordination of delivery relationships across project stakeholders.
Colin brings particular strength in translating strategic opportunities into practical commercial programs. His experience covers business planning, project mobilisation, procurement, supplier development, logistics, operational readiness and business continuity. He has worked across government, energy, resources, infrastructure and industrial sectors, giving him a strong understanding of the commercial and operational requirements involved in advancing large, multi-party projects.
His international experience includes supporting BP's Tangguh LNG project in Indonesia, logistics improvement work for the Porgera gold mine in Papua New Guinea, and the development and management of a fuel distribution network in northern Iraq. He has also led major operational initiatives involving Caltex, Eaton, Western Power and CEVA Logistics.
Colin was previously State President and Federal Director of the Institute of Management Consultants and held the professional designations of Certified Management Consultant and Fellow. He was also appointed lead consultant to the Australian Government Department of Industry, Science and Technology for national supply chain and value chain improvement programs.
Across Quantum Power Asia and Silverwing Investment, Colin contributes commercial discipline, regional market knowledge and practical execution capability to the development of new opportunities, strategic relationships and delivery partnerships.
