This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, retain and transfer personal data in connection with the Website, business enquiries, stakeholder engagement, recruitment, events, professional relationships and other interactions with Quantum.

Quantum operates and develops projects across Southeast Asia and may transfer personal data outside Singapore. We will take appropriate steps to ensure transferred personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.
Protection, Retention and Access
We maintain reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards designed to protect personal data. No internet transmission or storage system provides absolute security. We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected or an applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, audit or evidentiary requirement.
You may request access to personal data in our possession or control and information about how it was used or disclosed during the preceding 12 months. You may also request correction of an error or omission. Requests are subject to applicable exceptions and procedural requirements.
Withdrawal of Consent and Data Breaches
You may withdraw consent by giving reasonable notice to our Data Protection Officer. We maintain processes for assessing and responding to personal data breaches and will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals where a breach is notifiable under the PDPA.

The Website is directed to business and professional audiences and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data from individuals under 18 through the Website.
