At Quantum, Johannes builds digital architectures that strengthen operational oversight across the asset lifecycle. By integrating AI-driven monitoring, automated compliance tracking and predictive maintenance protocols, his work protects capital returns, minimises operational downtime and enforces strict governance standards across multi-jurisdictional assets.
He brings more than 20 years of experience across Indonesia, Southeast Asia and the wider Asia Pacific region, spanning renewable energy, mining, logistics, maritime services, sustainability, consulting and technology-enabled businesses. His work combines business process design with hands-on implementation, helping organisations replace manual processes and disconnected tools with integrated systems that improve visibility, reduce administrative effort and support growth.
Johannes has designed and implemented AI-supported reporting, management information tools and automated workflows across recruitment, human resources, document management, contract administration and other business functions. He also has experience developing new market opportunities, structuring pilot initiatives and building the operating systems required for investment and scale.
Before taking responsibility for digitalisation and AI, Johannes served as Head of Business Growth at Quantum Power Asia and as a Senior Consultant with Silverwing Advisory Services. He has also founded and advised businesses in technology, market entry, maritime recruitment and operational services.
Johannes holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communication from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of International Business from Queensland University of Technology. He is fluent in English and Norwegian, with professional working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
