Quantum is seeking a Business Operations Manager who can also act as an Executive Business Partner: someone who owns systems, independently manages a busy task list, and produces high-quality knowledge work. This is a role for a self-starter who is comfortable turning ambiguity into structure and who wants ownership rather than instructions.

You will run the operational backbone of a lean group, from the CRM that underpins investor engagement to the project systems that keep workstreams moving. The engagement can be full-time or fractional, depending on fit.

What you'll do

• Set up, manage, and maintain the CRM that underpins investor engagement, deal tracking, and business development.
• Own task and project management across Asana, Lark, and other systems, progressing what you can and bringing forward only what genuinely needs the Principal's attention.
• Draft, format, and refine proposals, investor-facing documents, and board-level correspondence.
• Build and improve the operational systems and standard processes that keep a lean group running smoothly.
• Coordinate with team members and external advisers to keep workstreams moving.
• Support meeting preparation, follow-up, and the reporting cadence that keeps investors and partners informed.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience with CRM setup and management.
• Strong track record in task and project management, ideally with Asana or comparable tools.
• Excellent written English, with the judgment to draft proposals and investor-facing documents that need little editing.
• Discretion and comfort handling confidential commercial and financial information.
• A structured, proactive working style and the confidence to run with things independently.
• Experience on the Lark software platform is an advantage.
• Exposure to energy, infrastructure, mining, or private equity is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian or wider Southeast Asian business environment is an advantage.
• Mandarin or Indonesian language skills are an advantage.
• Experience supporting a founder, principal, or senior investor is an advantage.
• Singapore work rights are essential, including the right to work independently. Employment Pass sponsorship is not available.
