Quantum Power Asia is seeking an exceptional Fractional Chief of Staff to work alongside the Principal and help run the business across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys building systems, driving priorities to completion, and creating order across a fast-moving portfolio of projects and initiatives.

This is a part-time, flexible engagement suited to someone who wants high-impact work without a full-time commitment. You will act as a force multiplier for the Principal, owning the operating rhythm of the business, managing key projects end to end, and making sure the important things get done.

What you'll do

• Act as the right hand to the Principal, managing priorities, projects, and executive follow-through.
• Own the operating rhythm of the business, including planning, reporting, and key meetings.
• Drive strategic projects from initiation to completion across the platform.
• Build and improve the systems, processes, and workflows that keep the business running.
• Implement AI, automation, and productivity tools to increase output and reduce manual work.
• Prepare briefings, presentations, and materials for investors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate across advisers, counterparties, and internal contributors to keep work on track.
• Track commitments and deadlines, and hold the business accountable to them.

What we're looking for

• At least five years of experience in a chief of staff, operations, corporate development, consulting, or similar execution-focused role.
• Strong organisational ability with a bias for getting things done.
• Practical experience using AI and automation tools to improve business processes.
• Excellent written English and strong commercial judgment.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
• Discretion and reliability when handling sensitive commercial matters.
• Singapore work rights are essential. Employment Pass sponsorship is not available.
