Quantum is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Indonesia office. This is a hands-on management role covering administration, finance, compliance, and people, reporting to the Country Manager, Indonesia once in place and, in the interim, directly to the Managing Director and CEO.
You will build and manage the Indonesia support team, keep the business compliant with Indonesian requirements, and ensure the office and the Managing Director's Jakarta residence run smoothly. The right person combines strong financial and personnel management with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
What you'll do
- Lead recruitment of Indonesia-based support staff and build a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Coordinate and manage the work of all Indonesia-based support staff to meet company goals.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Indonesia office and address challenges and opportunities.
- Ensure the business meets all compliance obligations, including immigration, BPJS, HR, and licensing.
- Manage the office budget and allocate operational funds against the approved plan.
- Manage the performance of support staff, including reviews, incentives, and disciplinary matters.
- Manage the residence and personal staff of the Managing Director and CEO in Jakarta.
- Support the Managing Director and CEO's business trips and affairs while in-country.
What we're looking for
- At least ten years of relevant experience, preferably in management consulting or professional services.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Sound financial management capability, including risk, compliance, and reporting.
- Strong personnel and people management experience.
- Strong administration, filing, and organisational skills.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Right to work in Indonesia. This is a local hire based in Jakarta.
