Quantum is seeking a professional, reliable, and discreet full-time driver for the CEO. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in punctuality, safe driving, and looking after every detail so the CEO can move through a busy schedule without friction.
You will be responsible for safe and timely transport, vehicle upkeep, and supporting day-to-day logistics. The right person is trustworthy, presentable, and comfortable adapting to a schedule that can change at short notice.
What you'll do
- Drive the CEO safely and punctually to meetings, appointments, and the airport across Singapore.
- Plan routes in advance and adjust for traffic to keep to schedule.
- Keep the vehicle clean, serviced, fuelled, and always ready for use.
- Manage vehicle maintenance, servicing, insurance renewals, and road tax.
- Run occasional errands and support light logistics as requested.
- Maintain full discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Remain contactable and flexible for early starts, late finishes, and weekend work when required.
What we're looking for
- A valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Several years of experience as a professional or private driver, ideally for senior executives.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore roads and routes.
- Punctual, reliable, presentable, and discreet.
- Able to communicate clearly in English.
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
- Singapore work rights are essential. Employment Pass sponsorship is not available.
