Quantum is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to build and elevate the visual identity of our renewable energy business across Singapore, Indonesia, and the wider Asian market. This is a hands-on role for a creative professional who can translate a premium brand into compelling designs for investors, partners, governments, and communities.

You will produce investor presentations, project and campaign materials, sustainability and impact reports, digital and social content, and event collateral. The right person combines strong creative vision with strategic thinking and the ability to maintain a consistent brand across multiple markets and stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Conceptualise and execute visual designs across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
• Translate brand guidelines into engaging assets for investors, campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Design investor presentations, sustainability and impact reports, and event collateral.
• Develop social media creatives, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Adapt designs to resonate across Singapore, Indonesia, and the wider Asian market.
• Uphold brand identity and ensure consistency across all visual outputs.
• Review and refine design drafts and manage multiple projects to deadline.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• At least five years of professional design experience, preferably on regional or multinational projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Experience with UI and UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is an advantage.
• Motion graphics and video editing experience is an advantage.
• Ability to design for multilingual audiences (Bahasa Indonesia and English, Mandarin is a plus).
• Right to work in Indonesia. This is a local hire based in Jakarta.
