Quantum Power Asia is a leading Independent Power Producer developing giga-scale renewable energy projects across Asia. We are accelerating the transition to clean energy through strategic acquisitions, greenfield developments, and world-class partnerships.

We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Legal Officer to join our group legal team. You will work at the heart of our mission, navigating complex regulatory landscapes and supporting transactions across mining, energy, healthcare, and mergers and acquisitions across Asia Pacific.

What you'll do

• Act as a key legal adviser to the in-house legal counsel, providing insight on business strategy and risk.
• Draft complex commercial agreements, including IPP, EPC, JV, Shareholder, and Loan Agreements.
• Provide counsel on renewable energy and power generation frameworks across Asian jurisdictions.
• Support internal compliance and governance, ensuring licences, approvals, and mandates are met.
• Provide sharp, decisive markups on contracts under time pressure.
• Support cross-border transactions across mining, energy, and infrastructure.

What we're looking for

• A degree in Law with relevant professional qualifications.
• At least five years of practice in corporate law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
• Deep familiarity with mining, energy, and infrastructure, and with cross-border transactions.
• Proven ability to handle complex contracts and provide decisive markups quickly.
• Experience in-house and at a top-tier international law firm.
• Exceptional analytical ability and strong interpersonal communication.
• Study, work, or living experience abroad is an advantage.
• Right to work in Indonesia. This is a local hire based in Jakarta.
